UNO at MacFormat and SVM Mac
It's always a great pleasure for us to see UNO featured at the press.

After the previous publications at "a vos MAC" magazine and at MacFormat magazine , UNO is on the press again!

The year of 2006 finished with UNO bundled in issue n.176 of  MacFormat 's DVD as part of the "How To Give OS X a Facelift" tutorial.

The year of 2007 began with UNO bundled in issue n.190 of the french based magazine SVM Mac 's CDROM as part of the article "Personnalize Mac OS X Gratuitement".

We appreciate the spread the "word of UNO" around, and being present at the World's best Mac Magazines is for sure a good encouragement for us to keep evolving it.

Thank you.

New ServerWe're back!

After the downtime and extremly slow connection occured the last weeks, and because there wasn't a fix to the server problems in useful time, we've just decided to move to a new hosting company and new webserver.

On the server move we lost some e-mail data, so sorry if your feedback message got unanswered.

Sorry for the inconvenient.

We would like to use this opportunity to show our huge gratitude to all of you that already helped UNO with your kind donations!

Without your support this new server move wouldn't be possible at all.

Thank you all for the support!!

UNO Localizations
Wednesday, 23 August 2006

LocalizationsThere is been an UNO's "ambassador" in France since the beginning. Thierry Lothon from DigitLife "spread the word of UNO" among French people, publishing nice articles (check UNO : pacificateur d’interface and Uno 1.3: Espace très classe pour Mac Os X ). We are very thankful to Thierry for help making UNO visible in France.

Hundreds of Web Sites and Bogs all around the world have done the same, exposing UNO in articles and reviews in there own languages. Thank you all for the support!

Well, now it's time to go one step further: UNO Localizations!

Some time ago, Thomas Didrel, a software translator from Tototoolco , contacted us offering his services to translate UNO to French.
Not so long after, Claudio from Creative Shield kindly offered his software translation services to localize UNO to Italian language.

We were thrilled with their offerings and promptly added localization support for hardcoded strings on UNO's code.

Next version of UNO  will be localized in French and Italian!

Are you a software translator and think UNO is worth to incarnate in your language? Please get in touch with us!
